Passionate about food and the creative arts.
My involvement in the creative arts started at school when I developed a love of drama and performance - I have been involved in the dramatic arts ever since and have run my own theatre company.
I have also been involved in the food industry for most of my life which has given me a breadth of experience in all types of cuisine. It's the bringing together of these two passions that inspires me to create wonderful on-screen food as a Home Economist in the TV, film and advertising industries.
I lived and worked in Spain for many years where the film industry was prolific. During this time I discovered a love Mediterranean food and made it my mission to learn the techniques needed to create authentic Spanish cooking.
During my time in Spain I began to work for TV and film companies in Madrid, Sevilla and Malaga. This was the start of my journey as a Home Economist.
